What is your warranty policy?We offer a 1-for-1 product warranty for items found defective due to the manufacturer's fault, such as incorrect functionality or product description, or if the wrong item was sent. This warranty is valid for one month from the date you receive your order and excludes discontinued items. Returns are not accepted for other reasons.

What is your return policy?To facilitate a smooth return process in case of a defective product, please record a video of the unboxing and product testing. Additionally, keep the original packaging, accessories, and manual. Return Process: Customer Initiates Return: The customer sends the defective product back to Cum Shop. Shop Inspection: We inspect the returned product for defects within 7 days of receipt. Product Replacement or Return: If the product is confirmed as defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to the customer within 3 business days. If the product is found to be in good condition, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the product will be returned within 3 business days.
